I posted on Facebook a while back that booking a tour is kind of like putting together a puzzle… and hoping that all of the puzzle pieces say yes.  🙂  Well, I am a happy girl, because many wonderful people at churches and venues across Alberta and Saskatchewan did, in fact, say yes when asked if they would host Kelti and I on our spring tour!  I am delighted to report that the tour is very close to booked.  I’m only waiting on a few confirmations and chasing down a couple leads, and then our three week prairie adventure will be ready to go!

Take a look on my Shows page to see how things are fleshing out, and make a plan to come to a show or two!  Kelti and I would love to see you!

Another thing that’s making me very excited about this tour is that I will be sharing about the trip I went on in January to the Dominican Republic with Compassion Canada.  A number of other Canadian Christian musicians and I travelled to the DR to see what Compassion is up to there – to meet people, visit homes, hear stories, chat with volunteers and employees, and basically learn as much as we could so we can communicate that to people when we returned home.  I was so blessed by this experience, and I am so impassioned to spread the word about Compassion’s work around the world!

As a sneakpeak before you come to a show on this tour, you can head over to my YouTube channel and watch the video I filmed while in the DR.  Many thanks to Kurt Harder and his film crew who took such good care of us (and made me feel way more comfortable in front of a camera than I would have thought possible!).

Less than a month until Kelti and I hit the road for the flatlands, and I couldn’t be happier!  God bless you all, and see you soon, prairie people!
