So, I am home and almost recovered from my trip to southern Ontario for the tour with Kelti Malone and four days in Burlington for the 2012 Gospel Music Association of Canada Conference and Covenant Awards.  What a great experience!  Kelti and I performed about ten concerts/chapels/worship services all over southern Ontario, having a blast and meeting wonderful people along the way.  My time at GMAC Week included a showcase with such fantastic artists as Chelsea Amber, Dan Bremnes, Open Sky, and Fraser Campbell, attending a Farewell concert by downhere, AND my first Covenant Awards night as a nominee (for Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year).  Didn’t take home the trophy, but losing to Matt Maher didn’t hurt too bad!  Grateful for a wonderful journey and the health, excitement, adventures that it included.

So, now it’s a few quiet months music wise as I work hard as the Youth Director at First Lutheran Church in Kelowna BC (best day job ever).  I’ll be sticking pretty close to home this winter, writing and planning ahead to what is bound to be a very exciting 2013… Keep an eye on this site right here for all the news as it arises.

God bless you, and thanks for being part of the team!  It’s an honour and a blessing to serve you!
